Service Provider Agreement

1. Overview

This agreement governs the relationship between Stintz and service providers who offer services on the platform.

Providers act as independent contractors.

2. Eligibility

Providers must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Comply with all laws and platform policies

3. Provider Profiles

Providers must maintain accurate profile information including services offered, location, and qualifications.

4. Service Listings

Listings must accurately describe services offered and comply with platform policies.

Stintz may remove listings that violate platform rules.

5. Booking Process

Bookings occur when:

1. A provider sends a quote
2. A customer accepts the quote
3. The customer pays through the Stintz platform
4. The provider delivers the service

All payments for bookings arranged through Stintz must occur through the platform.

6. Provider Earnings

Providers earn the agreed service price.

Stintz charges customers a platform fee for facilitating bookings.

Provider earnings are paid out after the booking has been completed and reconciled through the platform payout process.

7. Provider Responsibilities

Providers must deliver services professionally and comply with safety and legal requirements.

8. Reviews

Customers may review providers after completed bookings.

9. Suspension or Termination

Stintz may suspend or terminate providers who violate platform policies or receive repeated complaints.

10. Taxes

Providers are responsible for their own tax obligations.
