      Tell us your suburb

      Search by suburb — not city — so you only see helpers who actually work near you. Need something online, like tutoring? Filter for online services instead.

      Browse listings or post a job

      Compare babysitters, tutors, au pairs, pet sitters, coaches and more, with reviews and rates. Or post the job you need and let providers come to you.

      Chat and agree the details

      Message providers in the app (or on WhatsApp when they've enabled it) and confirm dates, times and expectations before you commit.

      Accept the quote and pay securely

      The provider sends a quote. Pay it in the app — your money is held safely and only released once the job is done.

      Leave a review

      Both of you review each other afterwards. Honest reviews are what keep the Stintz community trustworthy.

      Create your free profile

      Sign up with Google or email, add a clear profile photo and the suburb you work in. A photo alone makes a listing far more likely to be booked.

      Build your listing

      Choose your category, describe your experience and set your rate.

      Get found and browse jobs

      Families find you through suburb search, and you can browse the jobs they post. The stronger your profile and reviews, the higher you rank.

      Send a quote and get paid

      Add your banking details, send a quote from the chat, and the client pays into secure escrow. Funds are released after the job is completed.

      Build your reputation

      Collect reviews from every booking — you can also invite past clients to review you. Reviews are the fastest route to more work.

    Looking for help?

    Browsing is always free. You only pay a service fee of 8% (minimum R20) when you book and pay through the platform — that covers secure payment handling and two-sided reviews.

    Looking to earn?

    Listing your services is free. The platform fee is deducted from the booking amount, so there's nothing to pay upfront and no monthly cost to get started.
