1. Competition Period

The competition ends at midnight on 31 October 2025. No late entries will be accepted.

2. Eligibility

  • This competition is open to South African residents aged 16 and older.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Stintz or any of its partners are excluded from entry.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

  1. Complete the official Stintz Pre-Launch Survey found at https://tally.so/r/3ERjPX.
  2. Follow Stintz on at least one of the following social media platforms:

By completing the survey and following on social media, participants will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

4. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a R5,000 prize, paid via EFT to a valid South African bank account.
  • The prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for other products or services.
  • No additional costs (e.g. banking fees) will be covered by Stintz.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be chosen randomly from all valid entries.
  • An independent party will oversee the draw process and certify the outcome.
  • The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey within 5 business days of the competition closing.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 2 calendar days, they will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be drawn.

6. Publicity and Consent

  • By entering, participants grant Stintz the right to:
    • Use their first name and general location (e.g., Cape Town) in winner announcements.
  • Personal data collected will be handled in accordance with POPIA, and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

7. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any entry that violates the terms or appears fraudulent.
  • Cancel or amend the competition and these terms if required by events beyond its control.

8. Legal Disclaimer

  • This promotional competition is conducted in accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and all decisions by the Promoter, which are final.
